AND

To Whom It May Concern:

On Saturday Dec. 6, 2008 I heard Pamela Heiman the Supervisor of the Big Bear Lake Library and Lisa Ward talking in Heiman’s office. The door was open and I was walking by. I heard Ward say, “What does he [Carl] mean by outside the box?”

Heiman replies, “The only thing that comes to my mind is ‘thinking outside the box’.”

Point being is I can no longer use the email address that I used to create the blog, “outside the box.” I also sent out many emails that day and in the subject box I wrote: outside the box. I suspect my activism work is deliberately being restricted by the new employee Lisa Ward (About 5 months).

Please have someone call my home at (909) 866-9310 to talk about the details and past matters of the similar restricted incidents at the Library.

One other point to show that things are not with out favoritism and control at the Big Bear Library is the fact that a friend of Pamela Heiman, Georgia Coalson gets to use the computer without a time limit that the rest of us are subject to. When I brought this matter up of favoritism to other library employees I’m told, We don’t talk about that.”

Motive: Many of my emails and web blogs are upsetting the VA Hospital and my US Congressman Jerry Lewis. The “Outside the box” emails I sent out Saturday Dec. 6, 2008 where linked to my blogs about Lewis and the VA hospital. This letter now also links. http://www.lisa-lewis-library.blogspot.com/ Examples: Only 3 of my blog Indexes:

PS

December 12, 2008 phone calls I made to:
Peggy Bryant (760) 228-5460 ...Supervisor of Pamela Heiman
Rick Erickson (909) 387-5717 ...assistant to Ed Kieczykowski
Erickson told me he could not tell me who hired Lisa Ward or what her job description was. I told Erickson that Ward worked in the back office and I couldn’t recall here working the desks or filing books. I said I suspect she was possibly indirectly sent to Big Bear Lake Library by Congressmen Lewis office to interrupt my negative letter writing regarding Lewis.

I say this based on the political scandals in Illinois, mixed with homeland security powers. But mostly based a letter from Congressman Lewis’s Office stating this is my final response. I don’t accept final response when one of my Veteran bothers died unnecessarily in a VA hospital.

I also motivated because of the hastily removing of VA Director Stordahl and the possible obstruction of justice in the “non investigation” of a Veteran’s death in my presents.

For those who don’t keep track of such things there are two national lawsuits against the VA hospitals for deliberately covering up deaths of Veterans suffering from PTSD.

In more then one of my letters to Lewis I accuse the Loma Linda VA hospital for the death of a Veteran. I was only a few feet away form the Veteran when he died and it should be on surveillance cameras. But Loma Linda removed the Dr. in charge and the VA Director Stordah. No one talked to witness or me that I’m aware of.

One female patient had to leave the hospital knowing she was only a few feet away and hearing the “death gargle” (lungs fill up with fluid) for about 15 minutes just before his death. Careless control by supervisors, nurses and attendants was the cause. The Veteran should not have been allowed to roll over on his back and thus chock on his own fluids.
